Eye Check-up @ Larazzabal Eye

Last Monday, I went to a prestigious hospital in Cebu, Cebu Doctors University Hospital and had my eye checked by an ophthalmology Dr. Yong Larazzabal III. Before he was able to see my eye, his assistants and the other Dr. (she's an optometrist) did the screening. There were too many eye machines used for them to really be able to know what my eye problem was.

I so love Pixlr-o-matic!

I have not been very fond of editing pictures but when I had my ipad and took some good photos. I thought of editing it myself.

I am lucky my friend told me to use Pixlr-o-matic and downloaded it.

Romantic Dinner at Lantaw Floating Restaurant

Lantaw is a newly renovated restaurant in Cordova, Lapu-lapu. It is quite far from Mandaue City.
In order to reach the place you can pass through the old Mactan bridge and drive straight until you reach Marigondon where you can see a three-sixty pharmacy. You have turn right and go straight until you reach the wharf.

Day 2 Baguio City

Early Morning in Baguio City, I woke up early because of the very cold condition of the room even though we didn't have air condition and electric fan. I decided to go out and see the morning sun.

Co Jordan lunch date

My boyfriend and I was thinking of a place to eat that would not cost us much after we went to church on a Sunday. He remembered there is a fishing place and at the same time cooks fresh sea foods.

Summer Vacation Pampangga-Baguio-Tagaytay-Manila

Last summer, one of my friends offered us to visit their place in Pampangga and Baguio so we then booked an air Philippines promo ticket to Clark Pampangga.

We arrived in Diosdado Macapagal International Ariport very excited for our out of Cebu vacation.
The airport was just small but very clean and the service crews are very efficient.

Bebong's Delicious Mango Cake

A friend of my mine at work celebrated her birthday and thought of an affordable cake to surprise her. I remembered Bebong's bakeshop in Mandaue that sells delicious and affordable cakes.

I bought her mango cake for only 350 pesos.

Jet-Ski on Easter Sunday

I have been telling my friends that I wanted to try Jet ski. I never thought we could rent one in EGI resort in Lapu-lapu on Easter sunday.

EGI resort entrance was about 100 pesos per person but it was also consumable for the food. They have a pools aside from the beach.

We rented 2 jet ski for the 8 of us and divided the time so we had 15 minutes per pair to savor. The rent was 2,000 pesos for every hour per jet ski.

Danasan Eco Park Adventure

I am the kind of person who wants to experience thrills that is why when my friends told me we are going to Danasan Eco Park in Danao I instantly said yes.

My boyfriend and I went to Danao terminal to meet my friends from there the service we hired from Danasan would pick us up. We had to pay 200 pesos for the service which is back and forth. The ride to our desitination took us one hour and the road was very exhausting. Nevertheless when we arrived there it was all worth it.
They have wet caving and dry caving. We chose wet caving because of tight budget. The wet caving cost us 200 per person. We thought the cave was near but we have to ride and walk to the cave that took us 15-20 minutes.

Camotes Island Semester Get-away

This picture is taken in the island of Camotes during the semestral break. I love the white sand and the sizzling hot sun. Camotes is an island across Danao, Cebu. In order to get to Danao port we have to ride a jeepney from highway mandaue. The ride is about 30-45 minutes and the fare cost 25 pesos. There are hourly boat from Danao port to Camotes.

We contact a local guide in Camotes for the service jeep to help us tour Camotes Island which cost us about 1,500 pesos for a 2 day tour. We stayed in Mangodlong Rock Resort for a night. The room cost 1,500 maximum of three persons and additional 250 for another person.

The beach in Mangodlong was clean but there were sea orchins so you have to be careful.

Party Like a Rockstar Night

I love to go to parties, especially theme parties. Anyways, this was our culminating program and we have to dress up like a rock star. I searched the internet on what to wear on the event and saw different rock stars having different fashion depending on their genre. So, I have to think of a popular rock star I know and decided to dress like Avril Lavigne. I search my closet for the clothes that would look similar to Avril's fashion but to my dismay I have none.

Days before the event a friend of mine told me to try looking for my outfit in a bargain store. I saw a knee length maong skirt for 50 pesos and a sleeveless black jacket type top for another 50 pesos. I bought it without second thoughts. Problem solved I have my outfit for the night for only 100 pesos.

A Halloween Costume

Halloween is just around the corner. I had this witch costume I bought in SM department store. I tried to portray Wednesday of Adam's Family.

The costume is knee length with net-like long sleeves with the matching hat.

Are you ready for trick or treat?
